Dean Sebastiano
Dean Sebastiano has been involved in all facets of the long term care pharmaceutical industry, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. Throughout his career Dean has served as an independent pharmacy consultant, owned a large pharmacy consulting company, and served as everything from a staff pharmacist to mid-Atlantic regional director of operations for the largest long term care pharmacy in the country. Dean brings an unparalleled scope of practical experience and industry knowledge and a real-life understanding of client needs to the team at Discover Rx. He has been instrumental in fostering the successful growth of Discover Rx from a small, local pharmacy to a regional state-of-the-art pharmaceutical consulting, service and supply operation – all while maintaining the personal service and attention to detail that clients have come to expect. Dean is committed to delivering the highest quality of products and services and has made that the standard at Discover Rx!
Mark Kropiewnicki
Mark Kropiewnicki brings an extensive background in pharmaceutical operations, management, customer service and marketing to the Discover Rx team. Prior to joining Discover Rx, Mark gained valuable day-to-day pharmacy management experience overseeing the operations of Squire Drugs – a retail pharmacy chain located in the Philadelphia area. He recognized the need for high quality extended care pharmacy services and founded Squire Medical Services, a long term care pharmacy out of Pennsylvania. Mark was instrumental in facilitating its growth from startup to a 5,000 bed extended care pharmacy operation. He served as the company’s Co-owner and Vice President until Omnicare acquired it in 1996. Following that acquisition, Mark joined Omnicare as a Regional Marketing Associate and continued to work with the organization marketing pharmacy products and services and gaining valuable customer service experience with ever increasing responsibilities in the mid-Atlantic region for over a decade. Mark brings his extensive background and experience to Discover Rx, he understands the needs of long term care clients and ensures that Discover Rx has the services and programs in place to meet them.
Frank Wang
Frank Wang has a lengthy and successful background in the extended care pharmaceutical industry. He has experience in both operations and management, and a passion for continuous improvement evident in every aspect of his professional life. Frank began his pharmacy career as manager of a NeighborCare pharmacy in New Jersey. His leadership, operational skill and drive for service excellence quickly saw him advance to oversee the service to more than 100 of their facilities. He joined Omnicare in Maine and became Director of Pharmacy Operations. During his tenure with that organization he made notable improvements in efficiency and was credited with a significant reduction in medication errors. Frank became Operations Director for Bach’s Pharmacy in New Jersey, and it quickly became the preeminent pharmacy in the state. Frank now brings his expertise, leadership and dedication to service excellence in pharmacy operations to Discover Rx, overseeing the operations of our New Jersey and Pennsylvania pharmacies.
